[Sleepy spaces] 2'37

Inspired by the atmosphere, the liquid and volcanic colors, the sun that never sets, its living presence remaining discontinuously awake.

[Into the dark of my skin] 1'38

Into the dark of my skin uses a bird's eye view to look at all possible perspectives. Mutated and shared bodies visually only meet in one spot, never meeting in a second. Their virtual encounter is a need that satisfies and nourishes the fetal and its obsolete memory. The video medium creates a ground that allows a meeting...impossible bodies, different times and places.

[(les) Histoire(s) d'(es) espace(s) 40 rue Laffitte - La Pépite] 8'59

The video was projected in the lobby of a new but temporary space in Paris.

This video documents the transition, transformation and taming of this space. I filmed the beginning, the empty space, and how bit by bit the tenants furnished their own individual adobe.

[A Subway Scream] 3'46
One of my first short films and an example for my early explorations of sight/ sound in an urban environment. Here, monotonous life is superimposed into the echo of the 2008 financial crisis.

[The Nature] 1'28

A Super 8 short film with a grounded tome. Love for analog film, the touch of painter and experimental cinema.

[The Doll] 4'22

The video was a part of my research at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels.

Inspired by duel visions of the Woman. Enclosed either in objectification or in myth. While this myth is an ideal of extreme perverse nonsense, objectification is the actuality of this frustrated perversity.

[The Actuality] 5'29

One of several collages inspired by ubiquitous modern quotes and idioms.
For the project I juxtaposed images, videos and sounds to reproduce today’s totalitarian parasitic broth.

[Anniversaire X] 7'43

The video is a complementary part of "Anniversaire X", an installation exposed during Nuit Blanche, Paris 2015.
After the actors come out of the scene, we left the whole set intact; the decor, the table, the food, exactly the same. The result is seamless integration of spectator and spectacle. As the audience watches the film, the set becomes real and the audience transforms from observers to guests at the dinner party.

[The Meal] 5'22

A personal film.
The Christmas dinner, a symbolic moment, can vary from one generation to another…I question the continuity of these traditions: are they acquired, ordered or just repeated.

[Fusion] 1'48

While shooting a separate project, our team decided to film several scenes of the film in no discernible order.
I decided to appropriate on the scenes for my own short film. The scene dealt with an actor and/or artist search for play and gesture.
By distorting sound and image, separating and then remodeling them, I attempted to recreate a recognizable sound without actually associating this sound with an image. I am fascinated by the passage: between sound and image or rather act and result. How we can break this passage and how it can be inverted.
